Show r. I ' ; ., , J . -'.-4 , 1 Michael Hill a Michael Hill Now Serving In Viet Nam A complimentary subscription sub-scription to The Times Independent In-dependent was started this week for Pvt. Michael Hill former Grand County High School student now serving with the First Infantry in the Viet Nam Theater. According to word received receiv-ed by his parents, the Eugene Eu-gene Hills, of Moab, Mike has been on field duty for the past 8 weeks, and is now moving in with his unit to as sist in "Operation Junction City" along the Cambodia border. They are involved mostly in night firing, he reports, sleeping when possible pos-sible during the day. He praised Bob Hope's contributions to the Viet Nam soliders. He saw the motion picture and TV star during the Christmas holi-: holi-: days, and his show "really lifted the morale of the many GI's fighting in Vietnam. Viet-nam. Mike also requested his parents to extend his appreciation appre-ciation to the Honor Society for a package sent to him and his buddies. He expects an official rest from active duty in May, and hopes to to receive R&R training in Hawaii. His address is: Pvt.
