Governor Bamberger has received an Invitation from Governor Moses Alexander Alex-ander of Idaho to Join with him In celebrating the day dedicated to pioneers pio-neers In Franklin county, Idaho, June It, but owing to the fact that Governor Gov-ernor Bamberger will be In the East at the time he will bo unable to accept. The governor of Idaho refers to Franklin aa the birthplace of Idaho, and aaya that It was made such by the people of Utah. His letter follows: "I have received an .invitation from the people of Franklin county. Idaho, to be present at their pioneer celebration. cele-bration. June 1. 11 T, which I have accepted In behalf of myself and the balance of the state officials of Idaho, and I now extend to you an Invitation to meet the governor of Idaho and the stats officials at Franklin on June II.
