He was one of the most beloved church workers who ever came to Salt Lake and many clti-sens clti-sens remember him personally. Bishop Daniel R. Tiittle was bom June 2. 1SJ7. In New Tork state. He waa consecrated bishop of Montana, Idaho and Utah on May 1, 1887. and served In that capacity for twenty-one years. In 18&4 he was transferred to the bishopric of Missouri, and In 1903 he was elevated to the rank of presiding pre-siding bin hop of the Kplscopal church In the United States. . Although 80- years of age, Bishop Tuttle is still strong and well.
