Show BILLS ON WATER JBATEMY-CTO City commissioners- Wednesday abated $859.03 or water bills incurred in-curred by various consumers between be-tween November 1 and November IS. Request for the abatements was filed by J. E. Bramwell, water department de-partment office manager. Included In the beneficiaries was Malcolm A. Keyser. 6710 Holladay abatement of 19.10 on a $13.85 bill because of a concealed leak in the premies! water system. Water Commissioner George D. Keyser, brother of Malcolm Keyser. was excused from voting on that abatement. Other abatements Included In the total sum were allowed for reasons and in amounts as follows: Erroneous reading of meters. 1 11.50; leaks. 1162.15; charity, 9.S0; parking irrigation offsets, $47.95; bills offset by labor services. $416. and for miscellaneous reasons, including in-cluding errors made in computing bills, overcharges, overestimates and property foreclosure actions relieving reliev-ing the originally obligated person, $109.63. |
