Show Counties Must Pay Feeble-Minded Care An attorney general's opinion held Wednesday that county commissions, commis-sions, not th state welfare department, depart-ment, ar responsible for care of indigent feebleminded now in county coun-ty hospitals, detention homes or infirmaries or receiving county medical car.
