Show BEAUTY PARLEY SLATED FOR S. L. " Beauticians from seven states win convene in Salt Lake City Sunday for a four-day convention. Sessions will begin at 11 a. m. Sunday at the Newhouse hotel, concluding con-cluding Wednesday evening with style shows and a dance. Miss Delia Loveridge, Provo. president pres-ident of the Utah beauticians, will preside over the opening meeting, which will feature prominent ipek- . era discussing various phases of the trade. Speaker Given Speakers at Sunday's session and their topics are: Mrs. Sophia Roberts, Rob-erts, Price, "Beauty Finance"; Earle F. Gardemann, "Beauty Culture in the Colleges"; Miss Eva Smart, Ogden, Og-den, "The Progressive Beautician"; Mrs. Maud B. Jacob, Provo, "Beauty "Beau-ty Legislation." and Dr. Robert Crisby, "Ethics." The meeting will close with the lection of officers and handling f other business. Demonstrations, with expert from, all sections of the country participating, will form a major . portion of the program the next three days. C. N. Fehr, president f the chamber of commerce, will wsjrnma the delegates in the city Monday. Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Nevada and Colorado Colo-rado will be represented. "Scenes in a Beauty Parlor," a playlet, will be produced at 8 p. m with Evalyn Harris, Salt Lake City, as director. Ruby Wheelwright, Ogden, will be chairman of the luncheon Tuesday Tues-day noon. Agnes L. Stewart, Salt Lake City, will speak on "Grooming." "Groom-ing." Harry L. Siegilman. Hollywood Holly-wood makeup expert, will give demonstrations dem-onstrations on that subject at 3 p. m. There will be platform demonstrations dem-onstrations in the evening. Professional models will present style review at 8 p. m. and student stu-dent models at p. m. of the aame day. ' A noon luncheon, evening banquet ban-quet and closing dance will be held Wednesday, Demonstrations will form the remainder of the day's Lrogram. Harry F.
