Show Vicar's Views Keep Duke From Church ' PARIS Nov. 11 (INS) Stunned by opposition from the Church of England! the Duke of Windsor canceled plans to attend an Armistice Armis-tice day memorial service today and later reluctantly declined an invitation to rjarticipate in British Legion ceremonies at Notre Damei cathedral. - The invitation was extended by the legion after the duke's entour-sge entour-sge was informed his presence during dur-ing services at SL George's English church would not be welcomed by the vicar.
