Mon-signor Mon-signor Patrick F. Kennedy, chancellor chan-cellor of the Salt Lake Catholic diocese. Committees are busily making arrangementa for the funfest. The Most Rev. Duana G. Hunt. D. D bishop of the diocese, is honorary chairman of arrangements. At a meeting at the Knights of Columbus Colum-bus clubhouse, 163 East South Temple Tem-ple street. Monday night, 14 contestants con-testants for the title of carnival queen were submitted.
