Show Tasty Spaghetti 1 pound chopped pork shoulder shoul-der 1i cup chopped green peppers 2 tablespoons chopped onions 1-3 cup diced celery 1 tablespoon minced parsley 14 teaspoon salt 14 teaspoon paprika 2 cups tomatoes 2 tablespoons chopped green olives ol-ives (optional) 4 cups hot cooked spaghetti Heat a frying pan, In which to cook the pork, peppers, onions on-ions and celery until well browned. Add the rest of the seasonings and tomatoes. Cover Cov-er and simmer 30 minutes or until quite thick. Stir frequently with a slotted spoon. Mix In the olives and serve surrounding the spaghetti, heaped onto a -warm platter. Garnish with glazed apples. |
