Show Wife Charges Husband Nagged and Drank Charging specific acts of alleged cruelty consisting of being quarrelsome, quar-relsome, nagging and getting drunk almost every payday, "which was once a week," Helen E. Amico sought a divorce Wednesday Wed-nesday In Third district court from Michall Amico. They were married January 9, 1936, at Rochester, Roch-ester, N. Y, and have no children. In addition to an Interlocutory decree, Mrs. Amico asks the court to award her $10 per month ali-monv ali-monv and restore her former name cf "Kinky." Jean Gibbons filed suit against Everett Gibbons, accusing him of failing to support her. They have been married seven years. Mrs. Gibbons asks that the defendant be ordered to pay all court costs. |
