PEACE OFFICERS AVAITPARLEY Federal, state and local law enforcement en-forcement officers from Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico will gather at the federal building Friday at 1 p. m. for a round table discussion of mutual problems. The meeting, designed to promote pro-mote closer cooperation between all peace officers In the area, is sponsored by the thirteenth coordination co-ordination district of the federal treasury department. Speakers will include Governor Herbert B. Maw, Attorney General Grover A. Giles, Mayor Ab Jenkins, Jen-kins, Federal District Judge Tillman Till-man D, Johnson, R. Whitney Groo, superintendent of the state highway high-way patrol; Chief of Police Reed E. Vetterli; Sheriff Grant Young; D. Howe Moffat, attorney for the state liquor control commission; G. A. Gralton, investigator in charge of the U. S. alcohol tax unit in Utnh; W. E. MrElveen. Denver, representative of the treasury department Intelligence unit, and A. V.
