Miller of Price sold 4800 acres of land lying along the mountains moun-tains to the west and south of Price to Perry D. Jones of Duluth, Minn. , The consideration Is given as 26,400. The deed in escrow is placed with the Deseret National bank. "and calls for a first payment of $3000, - with two deferred de-ferred payments of 33700 each, one In October, 1905, and one In March, 1904. The .purchaser pays the taxes for the years In which final payment are made... The' deeds will be left with the bank until all payments are made. It Is said that Mr. Miller retains possession until the price is paid in full.
