Levy- was then rearrested on a complaint com-plaint sworn owt before Judge Whittaker by Deputy 8herlff Joe Sharp, charging Levy with having received J450 of stolen railroad brass Journals. The original complaint charged him with having re-- re-- eetved J1000 worth of this brass stolen from several car shops in the city. Levy Is manager of the Great Western Iron and Steel company.
