Show RAIff EXPLAINS HIS ATTITUDE ON TYREE SSSSSSSaSSSBSSBSSSSBSM Frank M. Ralff sent a. signed statement to the directors of the Continental Life Insurance and Investment company Tuesday, Tues-day, in which he explained bis attitude toward Hiram Tyree. president of the company, who was tried before Judge Diehl on the charge of making false statements in an annual report of the company to the Secretary of State. The same statement is also made to the directorate of the Western Securities company. com-pany. Mr. Ralff was formerly manager of the Securities company and superintendent superin-tendent of the agenta of the Continental Life. He declares that Jn making the statements state-ments he is acting from a sense of duty, and believes that the company will be all right under a new management. He further declares that he has no desire to hold an office under the reorganisation. Mr. Ralff advocates the dissolution of the agency company and the deposing of Mr. Tyree as president. . He adds that the Western Securities company should continue con-tinue to handle the business of the Continental Conti-nental company until the latter has $50,-000,000 $50,-000,000 of Insurance in force. Under existing exist-ing contracts he declares that Tyree has the proceeds of the sale of Western Securities Se-curities company stock. |
