Show NAJ. PRICE HAS i BEEN LOCATED Army Officer Who Mysteriously Mys-teriously Disappeared Week Ago Found. NEW YORK, Feb. 2&-MaJ. D. E. Price of the artillery corps, commandant at Fort Greble. R. I., whose mysterious disappearance dis-appearance puzxled Gen. Frederick Grant for a week or more, has been found in a boarding-house at Syracuse, N. Y. MaJ. Price had been detailed to 'inspection 'inspec-tion duty and his disappearance caused Gen. Orsnt to send Capt. Albert J. Bowler of the artillery corps In search of him. . Capt. Bowler began his bunt on February Feb-ruary 16 at Fort Adams, R. I and continued con-tinued It to Fort Greble, Newport, Boston, ' Albany and Syracuse. Gen. Grant was reluctant to say what he considered the cause of MaJ. Price's non-compliance with orders. He said, however, that Maj. Price's conduct laid him open to charges of neglect of duty snd it was likely such charges would be preferred. |
