Show C2ANT FAMILY fOR RIGHT GOVERNMENT 1 "v - ' NEWSTORK, Feb. 38. At the dinner of the Grant family of America, held last night at the Hotel St. Denis. Gen. Fred-, Fred-, trick Dent Grant declared that the family fam-ily should stand together for what was right in government. He said that the family was sufficiently numerous and sufficiently suf-ficiently high standing to have great weight, and that its influence should be on the side of right. The dinner was the 106th anniversary of the birth of Prlacllla Grant, the wife of Matthew Grant, who founded the Grant family in this country. Sixty members of the metropolitan branch of the family wen present. Charles C. Talntar. vice-president of the association, associa-tion, was the toaatmaster. |
