Show FRANK J. AND HELEN, ; - GOULD ARE SUED NEW TORK. Feb. 16.-Argument has been heard and decision reserved by Judge Kellogg ot the Supreme court on a demurrer Interposed by Frank J. Gould and Helen M. Gould, to the complaint of Thomas O'Connor of Waterford, N. Y., who has sued them, the Virginia Passenger Passen-ger and Power company and the Atlantic Atlan-tic Development compapy to compel the restoration of more than $10,000,000 of the capital ctock of the Virginia Passenger company and $8,000,000 of Its bonds. It is alleged by the plaintiff that control con-trol of more than JIO.000,000 of capital stock of the Virginia company and more than $8,000,000 of its bonds was acquired for little or no consideration. .
