Show DENIES A WARRANT IN THEJTODD CASE NEW YORK. Nov. 14-Magistrate Crane denied yesterday the application for a warrant In the Margaretta Todd case. He gave no reason, but it Is understood un-derstood that It was taken In accord ance with an opinion by Assistant District Dis-trict Attorney Nott. Mr. Nott said: "If It can De proven that Ml-s. Todd's Signature was attached, to the document shown to P. W. Ru-cliffe. Ru-cliffe. the undertaker, by IngerSoll IxjcK-wood. IxjcK-wood. or if either of the subscribing witnesses wit-nesses to this alleged second will can be produced, criminal proceedings he warrranted on any one of three counts.
