Show DECISION HAY CAUSE BITTER RAILWAY WAR WASHINGTON. Nov. 14. A bitter f.ght between the Pennsylvania and Wabash railroads as the result of an attempt of the latter to gain entrance into Washington is predicted in local railway circles as the outcome of the decision yesterday of the Supreme court of the United States against the Chesapeake Chesa-peake Beach Railway company. The decision was a final affirmation of a decision of the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia, recognizing the title of the Washington, Potomac & Chesapeake Railroad company to slightly over two miles of the right of way ind roadbed in the district to which the Chesapeake road had laid claim on the ground of abandonment. |
