Show SAN" PEDRO DIRECTORATE V UNCHANGED AT ELECTION. The annual meeting of stockholders of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake fatlroad was held yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock in the offices of C. O. Whitte-more, Whitte-more, counsel for the company. Senator W. A. Clark presided at the meeting. The : imn attending the meeting were Senator k- W. A. Clark, president; J. Ross Clark. second vice-president: W. H. Bancroft. rice-president and general manager of the Orepon Short Line; P. L. Williams, ' W, 8. McCornick and C. O. Whittemore. Mr. Williams and Mr. McCornick were present as proxies, the former representing represent-ing the Harriman interests. There were reperesented 241.991 shares of the stock, either as owners or proxies. No changes were made in the directorate, directo-rate, which remained as follows: W. H. Bancroft. H. I. Bettis. W. D. Cpmlsh. E. H. Harriman. W. G. Kerckhoff, . 8. Slausen, J. Ross Clark. W. A.
