Show An important meeting of the committee commit-tee on constitution and by-laws of the Manufacturers and Merchants' association associa-tion will be held Thursday night at a place not yet decided upon by the members mem-bers of the committee, at which a draft of the proposed articles of constitution, by-law and declaration ot principles of the new association will be prepared. The members of this committee arc Leon Sweet, chairman: George Austin and John E. Clarke, who will have associated as-sociated with them Attorney Mathoni-hah Mathoni-hah Thomas, who has taken considerable consider-able nterest-in the Industrial movement move-ment contemplated by the-new association. associa-tion. . The meeting will be held either In the office of Mr. Sweet nf Mr, Thomas. That detail will be settled .tomorrow mid the members of the committee will be notified. November 18, there will be a meeting of the' membership of the new organisation, at which the constitution, consti-tution, by-laws and declaration of principles, prin-ciples, as prepared by -the committee appointed lor that purpose, will be discussed dis-cussed snd adopted, with such changes as the membership may suggest at that time.
