Show I JURY f AILS TO AGREE AFTER TWELVE HOURS After being out for twelve hours the Jury in -the case of Daniel Densley. Jr against the Union Pacific Railroad company, which has been on trial before be-fore Judxe Ritchie for several day. failed to agree and were dis-harei from further consideration by the cuurt this morning. In his complaint Densley alleges that he had a contract with the railrua.! company to furnish him with a certain number of stock cars at Hitter ("reek. Wyo.. in which he was to ship stock to the Eastern markets. It is alleged tht the company failed to keep its part of the contract, as a result o' which the plaintiff was damaged In the sum of 9227. At a former trial of the case Densler was awarded damages 'n the sum of $1500. This Judgment was set aside and a new trial granted on the ground that the plaintiff was entitled to full damages dam-ages or nothing. |
