Show PRYS $50,000 FOR WEST TEMPLE LOT Unimproved Property Is Sold by A. G. Campbell; Camp-bell; Other Deals. In evidence of the growing popularity of real estate in the southern part of the business section of the city is the sale yesterday of the vacant lot at Third South and West Temple streets for $50,000. This lot is 165x115 and is unimproved. un-improved. Allen G. Campbell, the former for-mer ovner, put the lot on the market about ten days ago with Little & Little. The purchaser's name has not yet been given out. but he Is a local man. It Is understood that he Is contemplating the erection of a handsome building on the property. Little & Little also report the sale of an eight-room modern brick house on East Second South street from A. M. Gordon to Fred O. D. Meakln for $4200, and the sale of a six-room modern brick at Third South and Fifth East streets from Leah Warmbath to H. A. Baron for $3300. B. T. Ashton has sold D. T. Duncan 1214 acres in the Holliday addition for $1600. |
