Mr. Phillips is an active church worker being Ward Clerk of the Provo Sixth Ward. He has filled a mission for the church. During his Army Service, Mr. Phillips was engaged in Personnel and Payroll work, which training helped 'him in his position as Auditor. Aud-itor. He also served as Deputy County Recorder for six years. The experience he has had makes him qualified and capable of serving serv-ing the people and the County in the position of Utah County Auditor.
