Show REPORT MADE ON COURT CASES HANDLED Fines Rrange From $100 For Drunken Driving To $3 For No License A total of 24 cases were handled hand-led in Justice Wayne J. Johnson's precinct court during the week ending May 11, for various of-, of-, f enses resulting in fines ranging from $100 for drunken driving to $3 for' no driver's license. Fines varied in amounts according accord-ing to circumstances surrounding the case and according to evidence evi-dence submitted to the court. Smout, Provo, $5, sign violation; Kenneth Young, Provo, $25, public pub-lic intoxication; Homer Ewell, Provo, Pro-vo, $25, public intoxication; Mel-vin Mel-vin Swasy, Riverton, $10, speeding, speed-ing, also $25 for improper passing; pass-ing; Orvil Christensen, Springville, Spring-ville, $30, disturbing the peace; M. D. Gilpin, Springville, $35, disturbing the peace; Raymond Burwick, Springville, $50, disturbing disturb-ing the peace; Peter Jensen, Mapleton, Ma-pleton, $3, no driver's license.
