Show Black Hawkers Sponsor Fine Supper Socicd Anticipated for several months, the annual Black Hawk supper and dance social on Wednesday evening of the past week attracted some 350 Sons and Daughters of Utah Black Hawk Indian War Veterans Vet-erans and pioneers and other guests. In an atmosphere of sociability the crowd enjoyed supper near 6 o'clock. Several long tables spread the length of Memorial hall accommodated ac-commodated the crowd, which was welcomed to the entertainment by A. O. Thorn, captain of the committee. com-mittee. After the supper a program was presented, including dance selections selec-tions and readings, under direction of the program chairman, A. L. Thorpe. The entertainment concluded with a dance to music furnished by Carter's orchestra. |
