Show i SALMON CHEESE LOAF 1 egg 2 cups (1 lb. can) salmon 1 cup grated Am. Cheddar cheese l cup soft bread crumbs 1 tablespoon grated onion 1 tablespoon melted butter Vs teaspon salt 1-8 teaspon pepper Beat your egg slightly with egg beater, enough to fluff it up a bit. Mix in the salmon, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, butter and seasonings. season-ings. Be sure to add the liquid that comes in the can of salmon. Mix the whole business thoroughly and shape it into a loaf on a greased baking sheet. We recommend recom-mend a sheet rather than a pan be-'' be-'' cause you get a good rich crust all over the loaf. Bake in a moderate j oven, 350P, 30 minutes. This is good with scalloped potatoes and will feed 4 very comfortably. |
