Show FUNERAL HELD TUESDAY FOR MRS. E. L. OSTLER Well attended services were conducted con-ducted in the Fourth ward chapel Tusday afternoon ' for Mrs. Try-phena Try-phena Gallup Ostler, 52, wife of E. Lavell Ostler, who died Friday at 5:25 p. m., at the family residence, resi-dence, 797 East, Fourth South St. The services were under direction direc-tion of Bishop Erwin Sheffield of the Sixth ward. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery, directed by Claudin Funeral home. Mrs. Ostler was born at Mapleton Maple-ton Jan. 29, 1895, a daughter of James and Eleanor Warren Gallup. Gal-lup. She spent her very early life at Mapleton. On Feb. 15, 1911, she was married to Mr. Ostler in the Salt Lake temple. She has taken tak-en an active part in church work, especially in the Relief Society. Mrs.. Ostler was always known for her amiable disposition and made many friends at all times. iShe is survived by her husband, three sons and a daughter, Arthur Lavell Ostler of Springville; Gerald Ger-ald A. Ostler, Salt Lake City; Va-laeo Va-laeo A. Ostler, Provo; Mrs. Fern Obye, Roswell, N. M. There are also eleven grandchildren; nine brothers and sisters, Mrs. Ardilla Perry and Mrs. Milenda Bird of Mapleton; Mrs. Augusta Wood and Mrs. Millie Wood, Farmington; Mrs. Bell Bowen, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Persinda Wignall, Mrs. Grace Vincent and Arthur L. Ostler of Provo; Amos L. Gallup of Rosemary, Rose-mary, Alberta, Canada. 1 |
