Show Humphrey Cleaners, Phiiiips Tied For Women's Lead Payzant's upset the leading Humphrey club 3-1 last Friday night to throw the-Women's bowling bowl-ing league into a two-way tie for top honors with Humphreys and Phillips. Payzant's scored 1876 pins to Humphrey's 1814. Cran-dall's Cran-dall's won 3-1 over Smittie's, with pin totals of 1827-1760. Spring Acres and Phillips split, with an even score, with Philips getting 1835 pins to Spring Acres' 1814. High individual single game bowler was Minnie Warner with 197 pins. Gertie Ruff hit for 164 for second, while Lillian Crandall and Delia Smith tied for third with 158. Minnie also took high series score with 450. Delia Smith was second with 441, and Lu Hillis was third with 427. High team game went to Payzant's with 655. with Humphrey's getting second with 646, and Crandall's third with 639.
