Show PUBLIC INVITED TO HALL OF FAME PROGRAM Full Evening's Program Planned In Addition To Professional Magician One of the finest entertainments, entertain-ments, judged from every angle, will be conducted tomorrow evening, eve-ning, May 4, when the second Hall of Fame contest will be held in the high school auditorium. At the first Hall of Fame contest, con-test, over one thousand persons attended, and all were enthusiastic enthusias-tic in their praise of the entertainment. entertain-ment. The program Friday evening eve-ning will excell in every detail, with some sixty persons scheduled to take part and try for the many cash awards to be given. An added attraction on the program pro-gram of music, readings and dance numbers, will be a professional profes-sional magician who will present a half-hour's program during the judging. He will also present a five-minute contest act. The contest entertainers were selected from a long list of singers, sing-ers, dancers and other entertainers entertain-ers from all parts of the country, who were judged from auditions over KOVO. The winners of the program Friday evening will not only be awarded cash prizes totaling some $50, but will also be given an opportunity op-portunity to appear on the radio. The Hall of Fame program will begin at 8:15 p. m. and tickets are available from committee members mem-bers of the First ward or at the door. |
