Show Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Mason and two children of Jackson, Wyoming, Wyom-ing, arrived Monday for a visit with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rqss Mason and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Davis. They plan to attend the festivities in Salt Lake City, also. Leon Blackley is spending a few weeks at home after a business trip to the Northwest. Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Forsyth, former residents of this city, will be interested to learn ,that he and his wife sailed on July 10th for Aberdeen Scotland, for a visit with relatives. Mr. Forsyth has retired from his long years with the Utah-Idaho Sugar Co., and is succeeded by his son Bill. The family has resided in Chinook, Montana, for some time. m m w Rex Roylance has returned home from a two-weeks' vacation spent i with his uncle, Orville Evans, at Los Angeles, Calif. They also visited vis-ited in Mexico and in San Diego, Calif., and other places of interest on the coast. Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Reynolds, Jr. had as their guests during the week-end, Mrs. Reynolds' sister, Mrs. W. D. Rawson, also her brother, broth-er, Dr. Vern O. Knudsen and their son Morris, and Mr. and Mrs. Lynne A. Pettit and children, all of Los Angeles, Calif. Miss Aileen McKenzie, Mrs. Owen McKenzie, Mrs. Josephine M. Whitney and Miss Beth Miller have returned from a delightful trip to the west coast. They spent some time at Lake Tahoe, visited Yose-mite Yose-mite Park, San Francisco, Calif., and other places of interest. Mr. and Mrs. Carling Childs of Los Angeles, Calif., are spending two weeks' vacation with his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Childs, and other relatives and friends in Springville. Mr. and Mrs. France ' Childs and baby and Mr. and Mrs. John C. Eves of Salt Lake City were also week-end visitors at the C. H. Childs home. |
