Show A PARTY WAS GIVEN MONDAY EVENING by the husbands of members of the Ladies' Literary club. It was held at Memorial hall in the form j of a turkey dinner, with Paul I Thorn as general chairman, j The dinner was served by the j Legion Auxiliary and was carried jout in a patriotic theme. The tables were arranged V-shape and decorated with sweet peas in V-shaped V-shaped containers. Following the dinner, moving pictures pic-tures were shown of the R. A. F. bombing Germany. Later games were enjoyed with prizes in the form of war stamps awarded to . Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Packard. Others present were: Mr. and Mrs. G. Lowry Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. J. Y.
