Show CHURCH NOTICES" Fifth Ward . . . Sunday Evening Services . . . One of the best programs in many months will be given in the Fifth ward Sunday evening when the Laurence club of Spanish Fork under direction of F. J. Faux, will give a musical. The chorus in- eludes a large group of the best talent of Spanish Fork and they have been together for more than twenty years presenting programs in all parts of the state. The stake missionaries of the ward are in charge of the program, pro-gram, including John Hardy, Richard Rich-ard Huntington, Mrs. Cecil P. Reed, and Mrs. Arvilla Robbins. The meeting will be conducted at 6 p. m., in the Second ward chapel and all are invited. i w w Sixth Ward . . . Sunday Evening Services . . . Ray Whiting of Mapleton, recently re-cently returned missionary, will speak at the meeting Sunday evening eve-ning of the Sixth ward scheduled to begin at 7:45 p. m., in. the Fourth ward chapel. The musical program planned includes a vocal solo by William Schreiner and a violin solo by Gordon Childs. The meeting is under the direction direc-tion of the bishopric and a special invitation is extended to allmem-zers allmem-zers of the ward to attend. Second Ward . . . Sunday Evening . . . A fine program including an interesting speaker and a musical number, is planned for the Second ward Sunday evening meeting, Bishop Selvoy J. Boyer announces. The meeting begins at 7:30 p. m., and all members of the ward are urgently requested to attend. Fourth Ward . . . Sunday Services . . . Bert Strong, former missionary and clerk of Kolob stake, is scheduled sched-uled as the principal speaker at the Sunday evening services of the Sixth ward beginning at 6:30 p. m., in the Fourth ward chapel. The meeting is under direction of the Elders quorum of which Wilbur Allan is president. |
