Show SERVICES TODAY FOR LOCAL PIONEER WOMAN Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Edwards Taylor, 86, pioneer resident resi-dent of Springville, who died at the home of a daughter in Provo Monday, will be conducted today at 2 p. m., in the Fourth ward chapel. Friends may call at the Claudin funeral home before the services. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery. About three weeks ago, Mrs. Edwards fell and fractured her leg and death was due to complications compli-cations from the accident. She had been at the home of her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Holly J. Ritchey in Provo, Pro-vo, since the injury. Mrs. Taylor was born in Paro-wan, Paro-wan, June 23, 1858, a daughter of Samuel and Holla Jane Tingle Edwards. She came to Springville with her parents at the age of six months and had lived here since. She had been active in community com-munity work and was a member of the L D S church. She was married to Hyrum Taylor Tay-lor and he died in 1927. Survivors include a son and four daughters: William J. Taylor and Mrs. Mary Griggs, Springville; Mrs. Holla J. Ritchey, Provo; Mrs. Stella Williams, Climax, Colo.; Mrs. Alberta Davis, Price; also, 38 grandchildren and 43 greatgrandchildren. |
