Show Boole Review Features Club Entertainment Jeune Mere Club members were entertained on Wednesday evening even-ing at a delightful entertainment at the home of Mrs. Harold Whiting. Whit-ing. Mrs. Florence Nielson and Mrs. Florence Allan had charge of the program and they secured Mrs. Mae Huntington to give a review of the book, "His Eye Is On The Sparrow," by Ethel Wat- ers. Mrs. Huntington also played several recordings of songs mentioned men-tioned in the book. At the close of the program, she was presented with a rose bush. The retiring officers of the club were presented with a gift in behalf be-half of the club by the incoming president, Mrs. Russell Blackett. Those honored were, Mrs. Jay Madsen, Mrs. Dave Reynolds, Mrs. Douglas Bills and Mrs. Orvil Bray. At the close of the program, the club members visited and looked over the high school year book. Mrs. Mabel Wright was co-hostess and she and Mrs. Whiting served a dainty lunch. It was the last meeting of the season. |
