Show Harold P. Miner was in Springville Spring-ville over the week end to arrange affairs and return to Bakersfield, Calif, to make their home. Harold has been in California several weeks, and his wife went down to attend the funeral services of his mother, Mrs. Ethel Miner. She returned home earlier and returned re-turned with her husband. . A number of Springville friends were guests at a luncheon given by Mrs. Alta Faux, and her sister Berniece in Provo Sunday, complimentary compli-mentary to Mrs. Ada Barron, visiting visit-ing here from Phoenix. Among those attending were, Mrs. Rea Straw, Mrs. Clara Sumsion, Mrs. Beulah Whiting, Mrs. Emily Anderson, An-derson, Mrs. Minnie Greesbeck and Mrs. Barron. Several other ladies were unable to attend. . |
