Show Tennessee Maid Recites Vows with Matt R. Robertson of Springville Coming from Chattanooga, Tenn. this week is interesting news of the recent marriage of Miss Martha Elizabeth Pope,' daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Pope of Dayton, Tenn., and Matt R. Robertson, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Bernard Robertson of Springville. The double ring ceremony took place in the First Baptist Church at Chattanooga, with the Rev. L. C. Smart officiating. Music for the weding was furnished furn-ished by Mrs. James Thurmond, vocalist, and Mrs. David Hilliard, pianist. The charming bride, given in marriage by her father, was at- navy accessories and gardenia corsage, cor-sage, for her daughter's wedding. The newlyweds left shortly after af-ter their marriage on a trip, to Utah visiting Matt's parents and other relatives here. A number of social functions honored them during dur-ing their stay here. The groom has now returned to his station at Fort Campbel, Ky., and his bride is at Chattanooga. Wed in Tennessee . . . tended by Mrs. James W. Ward, Jr., as matron of honor. Keith L. Moore was best man and David B. Pope, brother of the bride, was usher. A pretty powder blue suit fashioned fash-ioned with buttons from collar to waistline, brown accessories and close fitting white straw hat was chosen by the bride for her wedding wed-ding attire. She carried a white prayer book enclosing a floral arrangement ar-rangement of lillies-of-the-valley centered with a white orchid. Matron of honor wore a beige suit with wheat straw hat, brown and white accessories and carried a bouquet of white gardenias. Mother of the bride chose to wear a navy print crepe dress with .
