Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Office of the City Recorder of Springville, Utah. June 17, 1952. Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the City Recorder until 5 o'clock p.m., Monday, July 7, 1952, for the construction of a bridge and retaining walls over Hobble Creek at 3rd East and 2nd South, Springville, according to plans on file in the City Recorder's Office. Bids will be opened on or about 8 o'clock p.m. at the regular Council meeting July 7, 1952, in the council chambers. The principal items of work and materials are approximately as follows: 2600 cu. yds. unclassified excavation; 100. cu. yds. select borrow; 90.94' cu. yds. concrete for bridge; 455 cu. yds. concrete for retaining walls; 15,067 lbs. reinforcing re-inforcing steel for bridge; 64,758 lbs. reinforcing steel for retaining walls; 46 linear feet handrails for bridge; 360 linear feet railing for retaining walls. j Instructions to bidders, specifications, specifi-cations, and forms for contract and bond, together with plans when prepared, may be obtained upon application at the Office of the City Recorder upon deposit of five ($5.00) .dollars, which will be forfeited unless a bid is submitted sub-mitted or plans and specifications are returned in good condition to the Office of the City Recorder not less than twenty-four hours before bids are opened. , The right is reserved to reject any .and all bids, i ( By order of the City Council: LLOYD J.
