Show Legal Notices Probate and Guardianship Notices Consult County Clerk or the Respective Signers for further Information AdvertLsement for Bids Notice is herein given that SPRINGVILLE CITY, UTAH will receive bids for labor and materials mater-ials required in connection with installing heating and air conditioning condi-tioning in the Springville Library Building, Springville, Utah. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the respective plans, specifications, specifi-cations, and other contract documents docu-ments now on file with Springville City, Utah, and at the office of Claude Shepherd Ashworth, Architect, Arch-itect, Provo, Utah, and may be had upon receipt of $15.00 per set, which deposit will be refunded providing the bid is submitted in proper form and upon receipt of such copies by the Architect in good condition within ten (10) days after the bids are opened, otherwise the contractor will forfeit for-feit his deposit. Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the office of the Architect, and shall be accompanied ac-companied by a certified or cashier's cash-ier's check or bid bond for five (5) per cent of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of Springville City, and . shall be sealed and filed with the City Recorder Re-corder at the offices of Spring-vilel Spring-vilel City, Utah, on or before Octo-ber Octo-ber 5, 1953, at 7:30 p.m., at which time they will be opened and publicly pub-licly read aloud. The above mentioned check or bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract if awarded to him and will be declared forfeited if the successful bidder refuses to enter into said contract with Springville City after being requested to do so by the said Springville City within a period of fifteen (15) days. Springville City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Contractor is to state on his bid form the time he requires to complete the contract.
