Jacob Felix, who is our patrolman patrol-man at our school on most of the days, came into our school last week and gave a talk to the two second grade rooms about safety. We felt that we are being helped a lot by the fact that Mr. Felix is out here to help us safely across the street and to keep our minds on our street crossing. We had quite a bit of excitement excite-ment at our building last week, just after school when the controls on our boiler failed to "work. We had to get the fire department to come and help us get the furnace shut off. In Mrs. Burningham's room we have a decided de-cided disadvantage when we come to dancing because there are 21 girls and only seven boys.
