Their son, Boyd is making his home with the Drapers while he is attending the A.C. While in Logan the Hales also Camp Union DUP will be held at, the home of Mrs. Opal Spencer tonight. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wentz and daughter, Sherlyn of National City, California are spending two weeks visiting at the home of his parents, Mayor and Mrs. Maston Wentz. The father of Mrs. Chas. Wentz, Mr. McDonnell accompanied accompan-ied them here, and will also be a guest at the Wentz home. Ferris Warren of the Navy Sea Bees, is home on a furlough. He has been stationed at Kaujlein Island and after spending twenty-five twenty-five days at the home of his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Ferris Warren, he will return to Port Hueneme, Calif. Miss Carolyn Everett of Salt Lake City spent the weekend at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Everett. A short business meeting was held where officers for the coming com-ing year were chosen. Mr. and Mrs. Ned Lee and their three children of Provo were Sunday Sun-day dinner guests at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Lee. Meadow Lark colors, brown, white and yellow were used in the favors. The time was spent in playing Monte Carlo whist with prizes going go-ing to Irma Sayer, Wanda Gibbs and Rhea Bleggi. Mrs. Reed Clegg and children of Salt Lake City spent the weekend week-end at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Harmer while her husband was in the. East on business. Mrs. Barbara Murray spent two days visiting at the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Denny at Layton last week. The Dennys returned home with her and spent the weekend here. While here Mr. Denny blessed bles-sed the new baby of Mr. and Mrs. Kent Fullmer. Miss Wanda Holley, who is employed em-ployed in Salt Lake City, spent the weekend at the home of her father, John I. Holley. Young Linda Kay Tippetts was honored on her birthday with a party at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lavere Tippetts, on Tuesday. Sixteen of her friends were present. Games, songs and lunch were enjoyed. The Relief Society presented the program in the Sunday night services ser-vices of the Mapleton ward.
