Show Reception Given for Newly Wedded Pair One of the loveliest of June brides was Mrs. Verl Harward, nee Miss Lois Fay Twitchell, as she and her groom received approximately 250 guests at a beau- eta, while Mrs. Harward chose a powder blue silk and both wore gardenia corsages. The newlyweds are making their home in Springville. tifully appointed reception in the Second-Eighth ward chapel Friday evening, June 8. The bride, a daughter of Mrs. Ruby Twitchell of this city and Verl F. Harward, son of Mr. and Mrs. Orson A. Harward of Provo, were united in marriage on Thursday Thurs-day in the Salt Lake Temple. President Pres-ident Robert Young performed the ceremony in the presence of immediate im-mediate members of both families. The pretty blond bride was radiant ra-diant in an exquisitely designed gown of bridal slipper satin. Lending Lend-ing accent to the fitted bodice was an old fashioned bustle. The round neckline was enhanced by a wide bertha of Chantilly lace. Her finger-tip veil fell from a crown of seed pearls and she carried car-ried a gorgeous bouquet of calla lilies. Attending the bride were Colleen Col-leen Norton, a cousing, maid of honor; Margean Cook, Carolyn Pyper, Janet Harmer and Joyce Harward, the latter sister of the groom, who were bridesmaids. All were attired in. pastel colored formals and carried nosegays in shades of yellow and white. Norman Cox of Provo performed duties of best man. Little Maureen and Dickie Clark, niece and nephew ne-phew of the groom were flower bearers. For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Twitchell wore fuschia taff- |
