Housewives to Have Ample Supply of Meat Housewives in Utah are assured an ample supply or meat at their favorite butcher counter, Delbert M. Draper, Utah director of the office of Price Stabilization declared de-clared this week. "In spite of critics of the OPS beef rollback order, there is no indication of a beef shortage or that black markets exist," he said. On the contrary, Mr. Draper pointed out, a survey just-completed discloses the supply of beef in the state to be the same or better than it was 30 days ago. Cattle are moving to market in normal supply, the survey also disclosed.
