Show PROGRESS MADE ON TRAIL PLAN Interested groups in the Spanish Span-ish Fork canyon sheep and cattle trail will meet early next week with Htate road commissioners in Salt Lake City to complete arrangements ar-rangements for trail construction they decided here Wednesday morning. J. M. Crcer of Spanish Fork reported all rights-of-way have been cleared with two exceptions against which condemnation proceedings pro-ceedings may need to be invoked. He held the project practically ready to go ahead as soon as cooperating co-operating interests agree on what each is to do. The construction of the 25-mtlc trail will cost an c-stinintcd $27,-000, $27,-000, of which $12,000 in labor for fencing; $11,000 for materials including in-cluding two bridges; and $1,000 for rock work and grading. No provision is mudc for watering places.
