Lester Davis presented a petition which some property owners had signed, requesting the south side of Fourh South, east of Main St., be rezoned a commercial district. Councilman Memory was asked to meet with the Safety Council to get their recommendations on the city traffic problem. Action on the sale of raw milk was defered until after the meeting of the County Commission on the subject. A veterans group met with the council to report completion of the Memorial Hall project and asked for inspection by the Council. Future use and up-keep of the building was discussed but no action taken. Councilman Memory of the Recreation Rec-reation Committee was asked to check and see if any planning had been done for the Fourth of July. Councilman Crandall reported a measuring device would be installed in the High Line ditch. |
