MacKenzie led the song service and the Rev. Olaf B. Hanson led the devotional service. The Westminster college quartet sang. Sessions will be held today at 9:o0 a. m., 2 p. m. and 7:45 p. m. A number of special spe-cial talks will be given by Mr. Breg and Miss Hooper. CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOR SOCIETIES CONVENE Nearly three hundred delegates attended attend-ed the fellowship supper and opening session ses-sion of the Utah state convention of Christian Endeavor societies in the Immanuel Im-manuel Baptist church last evening at 6:30 o'clock. "Training for Service" was the topic of Miss Grace Hooper, national junior superintendent, who discussed the subject sub-ject in much detail and especially urged the formation of junior societies. In each of the cities and towns which she has thus far visited in Utah, she says, she has formed a junior organization. W. Roy Breg, field secretary of the Southwestern Christian Endeavor federation, feder-ation, of which Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico are members, gave a short history of the federation.
