D. Cleveland at her home on East South Temple street in honor of Mrs. G. A. Lauzier of Butte, guest of Mrs. Walter C. Lewis. A basket of fall fruit formed a centerpiece center-piece for the tea table and flowers in tones of yellow were used about the rooms. The hostess was assisted in receiving the guests by her mother. Mrs. W. H. Alexander. Mrs. Walter C. Lewis and Mrs. Louis Cates presided at the tea table. ta-ble. A number of youne; society girls assisted as-sisted in serving. About seventy-five callers were received. Mrs. C. G. Carlson, Jr., entertained at bridge tea yesterday afternoon at her home on Tenth East street, in compliment compli-ment to her mother, Mrs. J. H. Marshall, J who has recently returned from San Francisco and Los Angeles, where she has been visiting for some time, and also for Mrs. Lulu Snow Hemmick, an October bride. The tea table had a basket of pink roses and white chrysanthemums as a centerpiece. The guests numbered twenty-eight. : 1 |
