C. .Smoot is a party to that growth and represents the spirit of this progress and the business men who havo made It possible. At a meeting of business men held in Sugar House recently Mr. Smoot was indorsed unanimously as the logical man to represent the spirit of Sugar House vim and energy, and to infuse it into the wide area of the entire city.
