Show PARK CITY ELEVEN ' BEATS COLLEGIANS The Park City high school football team yesterday defeated the Westminster college col-lege team by a score of 7 to 0. The game, white slow, was hard fought throughout. A strong wind hampered both teams to a certain extent in forward passing and kicking. The Miners scored the only touchdown of the game in the first quarter, when the Park City linemen blocked an attempted punt by the Parsons and Boulton, playing play-ing right tackle for the Miners, recovered the ball and ran forty yards for a touchdown. touch-down. The students of "Westminster entertained enter-tained the Park City boys royally before and after the game. A return engagement between the teams will be played at Park City on November 31. |
