Show BURTON S. KIMBALL DIES IN CALIFORNIA Burton S. Kimball, a native of Salt Lake and resident of Parley's Park and Park Cltv until about sixteen years ago. died Wednesday night at his home at Los Angeles, according to information received re-ceived vesterday. Mr. Kimball, who was a son of William H. and Melissa Burton Kimball and a grandson of Heber C. Kimball, Kim-ball, owned one of the largest ranches at Parley's Park and was formerly a commissioner com-missioner of Summit county. He was interested in-terested in mining, also, in Utah and California. Cali-fornia. He was prominent in Salt Lake during his residence here. Death was due to heart trouble. He had been ill some time. Mr. Kimball was born in Salt Lake in October, 1852. He leaves his widow, seven children and the following brothers and sisters: R. T. Kimball. Park City: Lawrence Law-rence Kimball, Nevada; Lynn Kimball and Mrs. Douglas Swan, Los Angeles; Mrs. Ida K. Towey and John H. Kimball. Salt Lake. Funeral and burial will be at Los Angeles. Mr. Kimball was connected with the Los Angeles street department at the time of his death. |
